The guiding principles of the activities and behaviour of our organisation.

With its Code of Ethics, the O.R.I. Martin Group intends to communicate the fundamental rules and values that govern behaviour, while preserving its reputation and integrity with all stakeholders. Employees, collaborators, clients, suppliers, business partners, organisations and institutions, and more generally, the whole community whose interests may be affected by the behaviour of the Group are the recipients of the Group’s Code of Ethics.

Knowledge of and compliance with the Code of Ethics of the Group, in addition to ensuring compliance with the principles and values of the company inside and outside the Group, also constitute a clear contractual obligation for all collaborators and/or persons in business with the Group.

The Code of Ethics is also an essential factor in the organisation, management and control model adopted by the Group pursuant to and for the effects of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
