From 9 to 11 September 2026, the University of Brescia will host the 41st AIM National Conference – “The Future: Research and Innovation”, a key forum bringing together industry and research to discuss the issues shaping the future of metallurgy and the steel industry.
ORI Martin is among the event’s sponsors, sharing its focus on strategic areas such as decarbonisation, the circular economy, process digitalisation, Industry 4.0, and the development of innovative materials and technologies.
These are key areas that we pursue every day through research and development activities and collaborations with universities, research centres and technology partners.
Among the many sessions on the programme, we would particularly highlight the presentation taking place on Thursday 10 September at 3:00 pm in Room 3:
“DORSAL Project (Digitalization fOR SustAinabiLity) – A Digital Platform for Sustainability Data Management and Analysis”
L. Piedimonte, M. Zanforlin, M. Castelli, C. Sanzogni – ORI Martin
V. Nicolardi, L. Treccani – CSMT Innovation Hub
The project brings together digitalisation and sustainability, developing tools for an increasingly structured and informed approach to environmental data management.
Throughout the three-day conference, ORI Martin will also contribute to the scientific programme as co-author of several papers developed together with its partners:
